Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Trial. Every subscription starts with a 15-day free trial for one site and one camera. Your card is verified when you start the trial but not charged. Cancel at any time during the trial from your account and nothing is charged.
- Monthly payments. After the trial, the subscription is charged monthly in advance on the same day of each month (your billing day) to the card on file. A charged month is not refundable.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account. The service continues to the end of the month already paid, and no further charge is made. There is no refund for the current month.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails we tell you by email and retry. The service is suspended if payment is not received within 14 days and may be ended after 30 days.
- Errors. If you believe you were charged in error (for example twice for one month), write to [email protected] within 30 days of the charge; a confirmed error is refunded to the same card.
- If we end the service in your country, any month paid and not used is refunded.
- United States, United Kingdom, European Union. There the subscription is sold by our payment partner Lemon Squeezy; refunds under this policy are made by the partner to the same card.
